ViCSPA is the authority responsible for

Since 1995 ViCSPA, as an incorporated association, has worked with a consortium of national potato industry stakeholders to the benefit of members and the Australian potato industry.
In January 2010 ViCSPA acquired the lease of the Toolangi Research Station alongside the Victorian Strawberry Industry Certification Authority. As part of this acquisition ViCSPA took over the operation of the minituber seed production facility, now known as Toolangi Elite.
The head office of ViCSPA is at the Toolangi Research Station which is is a 52 ha farm that has a long history for high health plant production and propagation. Located within the Toolangi Plant Protection District in Victoria's Yarra Ranges, where due to the high altitude and isolation, the site is protected from incursions to biosecurity.
